About Waist-Hip Ratio
Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR) is a measure of body fat distribution and health risk. It compares the circumference of your waist to that of your hips. A higher ratio indicates more abdominal fat, which can increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other health problems.
